Instructions for Use:

Prepare your portafilter
Make sure your coffee grounds are levelled evenly in the a basket.
Position the tamper
Rest the tamper’s stainless steel base on the portafilter rim.
Apply pressure
Press down firmly and steadily. The dynamometric mechanism delivers a consistent calibrated pressure every time.
Release
Lift straight up once the pressure stops; the internal spring resets the piston for the next tamp.
Optional repeat
