Can I cancel my order?

We understand that things can change! If you need to cancel your order, please email us at orders@verybarista.com as soon as possible. We’ll assist you with the cancellation process, depending on the order status.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We love hearing from our customers! If you have any questions, concerns, or feedback, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us through our contact form. We guarantee a response within 24 hours. Please note, inquiries sent on Fridays will be answered by Monday, though we might get back to you even sooner! You can also DM us on social platforms for a quicker response.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to:

  • The United States
  • Canada
  • Europe (with some exceptions)
  • Australia
  • Asia (with some exceptions)
  • Middle East (with some exceptions)

If you are located outside these areas or would like to inquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • USA: 3-7 business days
  • EU & Europe: 3-7 business days
  • Rest of the world: 4-12 business days

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping depending on your location and the total amount of your order. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

We apologize if your order arrives damaged! Please get in touch with us as soon as possible by emailing at orders@verybarista.com. Include photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can assist you in resolving the issue. We’ll either send you a replacement or offer a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

Returns and Refunds

Can I exchange a product?

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you'd like to exchange an item please email us at orders@verybarista.com. If you need help, our team is here to assist with any questions or concerns you may have!

How do I return a product?

We want you to be happy with your purchase! To return an item, please contact us at orders@verybarista.com. Ensure it is returned within 30 days of receiving your order. The product must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused
  • Have tags still attached
  • Include all original packaging

Please note that return shipping is at your expense. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 14 business daysfrom the day we receive your returned item(s).
