The majority of our US orders are shipped from our warehouse in the USA. In some cases, depending on stock availability, your order may be shipped from our EU warehouse. Customers outside the USA receive their orders from our EU warehouses.
This approach allows us to keep products in stock, reduce waiting times, and offer the best possible shipping rates for your region.

We store part of our inventory in Amazon warehouses so we can ship your order faster and more reliably. This way, you benefit from Amazon’s quick logistics while still ordering directly from us.
The product is always original, brand-new, and backed by our customer support.

We apologize if your order arrives damaged! Please get in touch with us as soon as possible by emailing at orders@verybarista.com. Include photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can assist you in resolving the issue. We’ll either send you a replacement or offer a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

We want you to be happy with your purchase! To return an item, please contact us at orders@verybarista.com. Ensure it is returned within 30 days of receiving your order. The product must be:
- In its original condition
- Unused
- Have tags still attached
- Include all original packaging

Absolutely. Every product we sell is 100% authentic. We source directly from manufacturers or licensed distributors, and we work hard to obtain the necessary authorizations and qualifications to carry their products.
We receive many requests to sell different brands, but we only select the ones we personally believe in and are fully confident about in terms of quality, performance, and authenticity. All items are delivered in their official factory packaging (if provided), exactly as the brand intended.

We work exclusively with the brands themselves or their official distributors in Europe and the USA. This ensures full authenticity and quality control.

Yes. Whenever a brand provides retail packaging, we ship it factory-sealed exactly as intended. Some products, however, are supplied by the manufacturer without retail packaging. In those cases, authenticity is guaranteed through official engravings, stickers, or markings, so you can be confident you are receiving a genuine product.
