Refund & Return Policy

At Verybarista, we specialize in precision espresso accessories, grinder burrs, machine upgrade parts, and coffee equipment components. Many of our products are designed for specific machine models, grinders, portafilters, baskets, or configurations. Please carefully review all product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, and compatibility information before placing an order. You are welcome to contact us at orders@verybarista.com to confirm comaptibility before placing your order. 

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@verybarista.com

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

After reviewing the case, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • Replacement parts
  • Replacement product
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund

We reserve the right to request additional information before approving a claim.

Compatibility Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing compatibility information before purchase. Many products sold by Verybarista are precision espresso components that may vary in compatibility depending on:

  • Machine version
  • Grinder version
  • Portafilter type
  • Basket height
  • Internal inserts
  • Aftermarket modifications
  • Regional model differences

Compatibility-related issues caused by ordering the incorrect version, failing to review product information, or using modified equipment do not qualify as product defects.

USA Orders

Orders fulfilled within the United States may be shipped through third-party logistics providers, including external fulfillment warehouse networks. Because of the nature of these fulfillment systems, we are unable to accept returns of correctly supplied, non-defective specialty espresso parts and accessories purchased due to:

  • Compatibility mistakes
  • Incorrect model selection
  • Preference changes
  • Ordering errors

This applies particularly to:

  • Grinder burrs
  • Precision baskets
  • Shower screens
  • Portafilters
  • Gaskets
  • Espresso machine upgrade parts
  • Custom or specialty coffee accessories

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will provide an appropriate solution.

European Union Customers

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. To exercise this right, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery at orders@verybarista.com

Returned items must:

  • Be unused
  • Be complete
  • Include original packaging where reasonably possible
  • Be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after returned goods are received. We reserve the right to reduce refunds for products showing signs of use, installation, damage, missing parts, or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect:

  • Used products
  • Installed products
  • Products damaged during installation
  • Consumable cleaning products
  • Opened maintenance chemicals
  • Custom-made products
  • Special-order items
  • Products missing original packaging or components

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or different from ordered one, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. Verybarista is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless return is due to our error. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Refused Deliveries & Unclaimed Packages

Orders refused by the customer or unclaimed from carriers, pickup points, lockers, or customs may be subject to:

  • Return shipping fees
  • Customs charges
  • Warehouse processing fees
  • Original shipping cost deductions

Any remaining balance after such deductions will be refunded where applicable.
