Shipping policy
We are committed to providing safe, reliable, and fully tracked shipping. Depending on the destination, we use carriers including UPS, DHL, FedEx, and DPD.
Shipping destinations
We ship to the United States, selected European countries, and selected international destinations. Available shipping destinations are shown at checkout.
European Union
To comply with Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) and country-specific packaging and environmental requirements, we currently ship within the European Union only to the following countries:
Austria, Czechia, France, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, and Sweden.
Unfortunately, we cannot currently accept orders for delivery to other EU countries. If a country is not available for selection at checkout, we are unable to arrange shipment to that destination separately.
Other international destinations
Shipping to selected countries outside the European Union may be available. Please select your destination at checkout to see current availability and shipping rates.
Any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking and dispatch
All shipments are fully tracked. A tracking number will be sent as soon as the package has been prepared for shipment.
In-stock items are normally dispatched on the next business day. If there is an unexpected delay, we will contact you by email.
Estimated delivery times:
- USA: 3–7 business days
- European Union: 3–7 business days
- Other European destinations: 3–7 business days
- Rest of the world: 4–12 business days
Please be aware that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs procedures, local holidays, or other circumstances outside Verybarista's control.
