Shipping policy

We commit to ensure safe, fast, and hassle-free shipping for all our customers. We usually use UPS, DHL, FedEx, and DPD. 

We ship worldwide with some exceptions. The total cost for shipping is calculated automatically during check-out after you fill in your destination. The payment of taxes or customs duties is a responsibility of the recipient. If during check-out your country is not available for shipping, please contact us directly by email admin@verybarista.com and we will offer a solution.

All shipments are fully tracked. The tracking number will be sent to the customer as soon as the package is prepared to ship.

If an item is available, it will usually be shipped the next business day. Otherwise, we will contact you my email with an update. Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

• USA: 3-7 business days
• EU: 3-7 business days
• Europe: 3-7 business days
• Rest of the world: 4-12 business days

Please note that customs procedures can affect delivery times for international shipments. Any delays due to customs inspections are beyond the control of both the courier and Verybarista.
