Instructions & Care

Installation Instructions:

Turn off and unplug your espresso machine. Allow it to cool completely before beginning installation.
Remove the existing shower screen by unscrewing the central screw using a flat-head screwdriver.
Clean the group head to remove any built-up coffee oils or residue.
Align the IMS CI200IM shower screen with the group head.
Insert the included M5x16 low-head screw and tighten it securely with a screwdriver. Do not overtighten.
Test water flow without a portafilter to ensure proper installation.

Care & Maintenance:

Daily: Wipe the shower screen with a clean cloth after each use to remove any coffee grounds or residue.
Weekly: Backflush your machine using a blind filter and espresso machine cleaner. This will help prevent buildup behind the shower screen.
Monthly: Remove the shower screen and screw for a deeper clean. Soak them in warm water with espresso machine cleaner, rinse thoroughly, and dry before reinstalling.
Avoid abrasive tools or cleaners that could damage the smooth surface or nanotech coating.
