E&B Lab QUARTZ NANOTECH Duschsieb mit verstärkter Membrane

Die Duschwand mit einer Filterkapazität von 200 µm verteilt den Wasserfluss gleichmäßig, verhindert Rinnenbildung und sorgt für eine gleichmäßige Entnahme.

Die verstärkte Struktur ist haltbarer und widerstandsfähiger gegen konstanten Druck. Die Membran wird durch Biegen am Duschkörper und an der Trägerscheibe befestigt.

Die NanoQuartz-Beschichtung verbessert die Antihafteigenschaft der Dusche. Verbessert den Wasserfluss, erleichtert die Reinigung und erhöht die Konsistenz des Abflusses.

Silikon-Dichtung

Die ungiftige, lebensmittelechte FDA-Silikondichtung wird von Cafelat hergestellt. Im Gegensatz zu herkömmlichen Gummidichtungen sind Silikondichtungen geruchs- und geschmacksneutral, lassen sich leicht auswechseln, härten nicht aus und bleiben immer flexibel.

Anleitung & Pflege

Turn off and unplug the espresso machine before installation.
Remove the existing shower screen, gasket, and screw.
Clean the group head area thoroughly.
Install the new Cafelat gasket, then the E&B Lab NanoQuartz shower screen using the stainless steel screw.
Tighten gently until secure. Do not overtighten.
Backflush and rinse before first use.
Regularly clean the shower screen to maintain performance. Do not put it in a dishwasher.

Regular Care

Purge water through the group head before and after brewing to keep the screen clean.
Wipe the gasket with a clean, damp cloth to prevent coffee buildup.
Backflush with water after your last shot of the day.

Weekly / Monthly Care

Backflush with espresso cleaner: Use a Cafetto espresso cleaning tablet once per week.
