Special design to provide excellent results in both espresso and filter coffee. Recommended for all coffee, especially for light and medium-light roasted, being designed to fully exhalt the flavours’ clarity and brightness.

DIAMOND INSIDE TECHNOLOGY (PATENTED BY EUREKA)

Thermal cryogenic treatment of the burrs to a temperature of minus 193°C resulting in the formation of an increased crystal structure preserving the optimal performance of the burrs. superior wear and duration guaranteed.

STRUCTURE AND PERFORMANCE UNCHANGED OVER TIME

Diamond Inside is able to preserve the optimal geometry of the sharpening longer than any other burrs typology. It allows to keep the granulometry constant for an exceptionally high quantity of ground coffee.

UNLIMITED ENDURANCE

The black finish combined with the cryogenic process ensures unique performance in the market. Studies pereformed and certified by University of Moden and Reggio Meilia (UNIMORE) show an improved in terms of durability of +5% compared to Red Speed and +93% over stainless steel burrs.
