Description

Filter basket with Nanoquartz coating developed by special IMS Filtri project E&B Lab in Italy. E&B Lab filter basket with largest filtration area of 715 holes enables extraction of much finer grind. Double espresso cylindrical filter basket is ridgeless with flat bottom. This shape creates a compact coffee pod in order to get a better extraction. Fits most E61 58mm group head machines. Made in Italy.

NANQUARTZ COATING

The main advantage of Nano technology is its hydrorepellent effect. This coating makes it significantly easy to remove used coffee pods from a filter basket. Technology improves filter surface making it more antibacterial and easier to clean.

Instructions & Care

Before first use: Rinse thoroughly with warm water or run a blank shot through your machine with the basket in place to remove any manufacturing residue.

Daily cleaning: After each use, knock out the puck and rinse the basket under hot water to remove coffee oils and residue.

Monthly maintenance: Soak in a solution of espresso machine cleaner and hot water for 15–30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly before reuse.

Avoid abrasive tools: Use a soft brush or cloth to clean. Do not use steel wool or harsh scouring pads as they may damage the surface.

Storage: Keep the basket dry and store it in a clean environment when not in use.
