55mm Espresso Burrs for Eureka Mignon - "Diamond Inside"

Eureka Mignon Specialita, Design, Zero, Libra, all other Eureka and Nuova Simonelli 55mm grinders.

Instructions & Care

Before installation, unplug your grinder and carefully read the manufacturer’s manual.

1. Remove the hopper and any remaining beans.
2. Unscrew and remove the upper burr carrier.
3. Take out the old burrs and brush away any coffee residue.
4. Install the new “Diamond Inside” burrs, aligning the notches with the carrier.
5. Reassemble the grinder and adjust the burrs according to your preferred grind setting.

Care Tips:

• Clean the burrs regularly with a soft brush or grinder cleaning pellets (Like Cafetto Grinnder Clean) to prevent oil buildup.
• Avoid water or harsh detergents, as they can damage the steel surface.
• Use only for espresso grinding; avoid spices, nuts, or flavored beans.
• Replace burrs once performance declines, typically after 500 kg / 1500 lbs of coffee.

Crafted in Italy with Eureka’s patented cryogenic hardening process, these burrs deliver long-lasting precision and superior resistance to wear.

Kit includes 2 burrs. No screws. Burrs are protected from sliding out or touching each other. Each is attached sepparately to the foam pads and sealed in an original Eureka packaging box.
