Description

This flow control device replaces the standard mushroom assembly in compatible E61 group heads and enables real-time pressure adjustment using the integrated paddle. It transforms a traditional E61 machine into a hands-on profiling platform.

✘ Not compatible with saturated groups (e.g., La Marzocco, Breville dual boiler, etc.)

Installation

  • Replaces the original E61 mushroom and upper valve assembly
  • Requires removal of top cap and internal components
  • Basic mechanical knowledge recommended
  • Installation time: approximately 20–40 minutes
